Shipping & Returns
We currently ship to the United States only. Standard shipping is US$10, with free standard shipping on orders of US$59 or more.
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping normally takes approximately 4–7 business days after dispatch. Estimated total delivery: 5–10 business days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed. Tracking is provided after dispatch.
ELM & ECHO covers import duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees for U.S. deliveries. Applicable U.S. sales tax, where required, is shown at checkout.
Eligible change-of-mind returns may be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery. Products must be unused, unactivated and meet our return conditions. Used wearable and personal-care products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. These restrictions do not apply to faulty, damaged, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed products.

How to Use
- Make sure the device is sufficiently charged.
- Turn on ThermaPulse.
- Select your preferred mode and intensity.
- Choose the desired heat level.
- Gently move the device across the desired area.
- The device automatically shuts off after approximately 10 minutes.
Important Care & Safety
For external use only. Do not use on broken, irritated or injured skin. Do not immerse the device in water or use it in wet environments. Stop using the device if you experience unusual discomfort.
