How to Use

Press and hold the Power button for approximately one second to turn ThermaPulse on or off.

Short-press the M button to cycle through the three operating modes.

Short-press the Power button while the device is operating to cycle through the three intensity levels.

Choose a comfortable heat and intensity setting and use the device gently on the desired area.
