Inspired by traditional gua sha and ba guan
Gua sha and ba guan (cupping) are practices associated with traditional Chinese and East Asian medicine. Gua sha traditionally uses a smooth-edged tool stroked over the skin; cupping uses suction. Moving cupping, also called gliding cupping or zou guan, moves a cup across a prepared area of skin.

Read the supplied instructions for skin preparation, attachment choice, settings and session length before first use. Begin at the lowest suitable setting. Use a compatible glide product only as directed, and follow the manual's guidance for movement and suction release. Avoid damaged or irritated skin and stop if use is painful or causes excessive heat or irritation. Check the EMS suitability restrictions before use.
Common questions
How is electric cupping different from a massage gun?
Cupping uses suction at the skin. A massage gun uses repeated percussive contact. GuaFlow is designed around suction-based and gliding massage, with additional EMS and warming functions.
Do darker marks mean a better session?
No. Cupping may leave temporary skin marks; their colour is not a measure of benefit or proof that toxins have been removed. Do not increase suction or repeat a session to chase darker marks. Follow the manual's limits and allow affected skin to recover.
Is it the same as professional TCM treatment?
GuaFlow is a personal wellness device inspired by traditional practices. It does not replace an individual assessment or treatment by a qualified practitioner.
Shipping & Returns
We currently ship to the United States only. Standard shipping is US$10, with free standard shipping on orders of US$59 or more.
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping normally takes approximately 4–7 business days after dispatch. Estimated total delivery: 5–10 business days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed. Tracking is provided after dispatch.
ELM & ECHO covers import duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees for U.S. deliveries. Applicable U.S. sales tax, where required, is shown at checkout.
Eligible change-of-mind returns may be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery. Products must be unused, unactivated and meet our return conditions. Used wearable and personal-care products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. These restrictions do not apply to faulty, damaged, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed products.

How to Use & Care
One device, distinct ways to care
Body mode: use the appropriate large or small suction cup for the body area approved in the manual.
Face mode: a separate cup-free mode uses the device's contact surface with EMS and warming functions. Body suction cups are not used in face mode. Follow the face-mode instructions and suitability restrictions before use.
