Couple years now and still going strong. These work well; even super hot days in the direct sun. Extreme conditions do make the fan hum a little, but nothing too crazy and beats the alternative! To do it over, I’d buy this again, it’s been solid.
I used it during a trip to Portugal. It was very effective in cooling me on our long walks . I’m very glad I brought it with me. It charges fast and appears to last several hours (I have not had it run out of battery). I like the indicator that shows how much it is charged when you plug it in to charge, and how much it is charged when you start using it. And I could use the same charging cord as my iPad with its converter to EU power.
Love the run time of unit.
I was really excited about this. It had wonderful battery life and great airflow, but my main complaint is that my hair kept getting caught in it and would clog up the fans to where it would make this very annoying noise. When I asked them what to do, they offered some solutions but these solutions kind of don't make sense since they claim that your hair won't get stuck when it, in fact, did...several times. Pretty disappointing.
Good but could be better. I am sold on the idea of neck fans after trying some of the more inexpensive JisuLife fans. They are easy to wear and very practical despite looking a bit dorky. Great for walking my dog on hot days. Since I like them so much I decided I wanted to try something a bit more premium and found this unit. It does indeed feel like a premium product due to the hinge in the middle, the OLED display, the adjustment dial, and the solid and hefty feel. Crank it up for some serious cooling power, or down to reduce noise and conserve battery. Battery life has been very acceptable so far.My major gripe with this product is the air is directed straight up at my ears instead of inward, toward my neck. There are vents at the back of the unit but these are intake vents so while there is some airflow back there, its very minimal. Of course you can compensate for this by cranking up the power but that comes with tradeoffs such as noise and reduced battery life. I will keep and continue to use this product, but it could be a lot better with some small tweaks.
