We currently ship to the United States only. Standard shipping is US$10, with free standard shipping on orders of US$59 or more.
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping normally takes approximately 4–7 business days after dispatch. Estimated total delivery: 5–10 business days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed. Tracking is provided after dispatch.

Eligible change-of-mind returns may be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery. Products must be unused, unactivated and meet our return conditions. Used wearable and personal-care products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. These restrictions do not apply to faulty, damaged, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed products.

Long-press the power control for approximately 3–4 seconds to turn on EyeEase Pro. Double-click to cycle through the four massage modes and single-click to switch between the two intensity levels.
For voice operation, use the wake phrase and supported commands listed in the supplied user manual.
