Is this the same as a massage gun?
No. It uses EMS electrical pulses rather than a mechanically moving massage head.
Can I use the individual patch without a controller?
No. The individual patch is a replacement pad, not a complete powered massager.
How do I choose the right intensity?
Start with a low setting and increase only to a comfortable level, following the supplied instructions. Choose from 19 intensity levels.
Is a remote supplied?
Only device options labeled with remote control include a remote.
Shipping & Returns
We currently ship to the United States only. Standard shipping is US$10, with free standard shipping on orders of US$59 or more.
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping normally takes approximately 4–7 business days after dispatch. Estimated total delivery: 5–10 business days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed. Tracking is provided after dispatch.
ELM & ECHO covers import duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees for U.S. deliveries. Applicable U.S. sales tax, where required, is shown at checkout.
Eligible change-of-mind returns may be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery. Products must be unused, unactivated and meet our return conditions. Used wearable and personal-care products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. These restrictions do not apply to faulty, damaged, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed products.

Read the supplied instructions before use and follow the placement, session-length, charging and cleaning directions. Start with a low intensity and choose a comfortable heat setting. Switch off before adjusting or removing the device. Stop if you experience pain, irritation or excessive heat.
Do not use with a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, during pregnancy, or on broken or irritated skin. Do not place electrodes on the head, front of the neck or across the chest. If you have a medical condition or reduced skin sensation, seek professional advice before use. This product is for personal comfort and relaxation, not diagnosis or treatment.
