Shipping & Returns
We currently ship to the United States only. Standard shipping is US$10, with free standard shipping on orders of US$59 or more.
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping normally takes approximately 4–7 business days after dispatch. Estimated total delivery: 5–10 business days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed. Tracking is provided after dispatch.
ELM & ECHO covers import duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees for U.S. deliveries. Applicable U.S. sales tax, where required, is shown at checkout.
Eligible change-of-mind returns may be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery. Products must be unused, unactivated and meet our return conditions. Used wearable and personal-care products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. These restrictions do not apply to faulty, damaged, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed products.

3. Press the power button and select your preferred airflow level.
4. Adjust the position for comfortable airflow.
5. Turn the device off and recharge it after use.
Important Information
AirLite provides localized personal airflow. It is not an air conditioner and is not designed to cool an entire room. Actual comfort and operating time can vary with ambient temperature, airflow setting, battery condition and usage.
Keep airflow openings clear. Keep loose hair and clothing away from the openings. Keep the device away from water, do not insert objects into the openings, and stop use if the product becomes damaged or unusually hot.
