Choose the feel of your break

Bluetooth audio lets you add your preferred music. “Rest mode” describes the vibration setting; it is not an instruction to wear the device while asleep.

Read the instructions supplied with your selected version. Charge before use, remove glasses and adjust the strap for a comfortable fit without excessive pressure. Begin with a gentle setting and stop if the warmth or contact feels uncomfortable. Follow the supplied instructions for session length, cleaning and charging. Do not use while driving or asleep.

Where can I find delivery and return information?
Delivery is currently available within the United States. Standard shipping is $10, with free standard shipping on orders of $59 or more. See our Shipping Policy for current delivery estimates. Change-of-mind return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery and meet the policy conditions. Used personal-care products or products placed in direct contact with the body are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Faulty or incorrect items are handled separately. Shipping & Returns
We currently ship to the United States only. Standard shipping is US$10, with free standard shipping on orders of US$59 or more.
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping normally takes approximately 4–7 business days after dispatch. Estimated total delivery: 5–10 business days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed. Tracking is provided after dispatch.
ELM & ECHO covers import duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees for U.S. deliveries. Applicable U.S. sales tax, where required, is shown at checkout.
Eligible change-of-mind returns may be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery. Products must be unused, unactivated and meet our return conditions. Used wearable and personal-care products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. These restrictions do not apply to faulty, damaged, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed products.
